We understand that frequent change can feel unsettling. We operate in a dynamic industry and we adjust with intention – anchored to a longer-term strategy and measurable outcomes – to ensure the sustainable health of the company and our employees. These pivots are intended to respond to our customers and the market, and are done with transparent communication, fair processes, and support for affected teams.
We’re also focused on consistency in how we plan, which includes the need to understand capacity and ensure workload equity so our employees can do great work without burnout. We’re investing in clearer prioritization, road-mapping, and metrics so teams can see what’s coming and understand how they directly contribute to company success. Goals set with individual employees are calibrated for role impact and reflective of changing priorities throughout the year.
