Pros
I loved working for Farmacopia. We had a wonderful team of women at the time that I worked there. I felt very supported by ownership and management. There was some opportunity for growth within the position, and certainly for those in the herbal field it is a great place to learn and grow your skills.
Cons
The pay was not great, but it was what they could afford being a small business. There was also profit share which was hugely helpful.
