      Pros

      Learned some really cool things about indoor farming. Awesome location, great clients to meet, unique experience.

      Cons

      Messy management, people being fired and new hires coming in frequently, other employees talk negatively about upper management.

      Thank you for the feedback. In May 2018 we made a complete management change of this part of our team, based in part on feedback from those who left before that time. Since then, we've had a much more cohesive team and very consistent management. We're really proud of the progress and consistency since then.

      Pros

      Farm.One mgmt truly cares about every employee and is building honest and thoughtful solutions to a better urban food system. Working at Farm.One has been a great journey with tons of personal growth.

      Cons

      A shifting company focus during the pandemic has led to some difficult decisions, but in the end, the company has emerged even stronger.
