Pros

The product is great, but they are going to change the commission payments we receive. I do not know how they can do this legally.

Cons

The company has no CEO, COO or CTO or Sales leader for over a year. There are a lot of closed door meetings and rumors of layoffs and more control from booking.com. The current boss creates a culture where it is clear the managers are scared and do not know what is going on. We are all looking for jobs, and others will leave after March bonus.

We are very sorry to hear your feedback but do appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. We can assure you that in regard to our CEO search, we are being meticulous and intentional in our search and are putting in the time and effort that it deserves. We value our employees' feedback immensely and do have quite a few channels that you can always feel free to leverage to let us know your thoughts in real-time. We are currently running an end-of-year culture survey specifically to understand where we can improve, and you can always go to your manager, submit an HR ticket, or speak directly to a member of our People Team. We always value transparency across our organization which is why we also have our monthly regional newsletters and interactive meetings, as well as company wide calls where you can submit questions and hear updates across the organization.

Pros

The benefits are good for the US

Cons

Very underpaid across all teams - they justify this by comparing employee pay to those in the tourism industry instead of the tech industry. It's a software company, employees aren't going to stay if their pay is not even hitting the lowest salaries for tech. They find reasons not to promote employees or bump their pay each year, and when we are bumped it isn't even in line with inflation. The worst part is that Managers, even Directors, have little influence as top leadership is who sets the very small pay increases each year. CEO has monetized every feature of the software possible. I understand that monetization is an aspect of growth. However, these initiatives are rolled out quickly with not enough forethought, and clients and internal client-facing teams pay the price. Busy season is chaotic - initiatives, monetizations, and changes all occur at the height of activities, driving everyone nuts and making things difficult for all employees except for top leadership (who don't understand the impact and don't care). Lastly, our CEO believes he shouldn't have to increase our pay because we have good benefits. But benefits don't pay the bills, especially in this US economy.
