      -non-compete is not as permissive as I would like it to be. -occasional workload surges in my department can be challenging

      Pros

      I've applied to hundreds of places and FFG is the only one to respect the time of freelancers by paying a stipend for their time to do a skill test. This alone set them above any other company plus the transparency of my agents made even difficult jobs a bit easier to work with them.

      Cons

      The IP i was on got re-requisitioned.

      Great people till upper management.

      Pay was abysmal and forced to work sometimes 80+ hour weeks with no benefit. No career progression.
