If you're in IT and looking to work on the latest and greatest, don't come here. When I worked there, they were still systems running on EOL software, alarmingly so. The IT department was understaffed, and run by a CIO who actually worked on sales and oversaw IT as more of an afterthought. He also treats his underlings like they are his peons. I was part of a team of two under the CIO, and my coworker had been there for over a decade with no movement, so if you're looking to advance your career, look elsewhere. The timeshare sales people you work with, expect most of them to treat you poorly, and try to con you into getting what they want. They will use the same tactics they use on customers on you.
