Horrible Company - Anonymous employee FantaSea Resorts Employee Review

Management is extremely unprofessional. Working there felt more like attending high school. Management pretty much goes crazy and goes into rush mode when there is word that the CEO and his wife are in town. When the CEO visits he brings back random and unoriginal ideas for the company borrowed from other companies he came across while vacationing. The only focus is tricking people into buying timeshares at whatever cost possible. They encourage the sales team to lie and guilt people into buying timeshares they cannot afford.
