Cons
Rollout of return to office was not a positive experience. Currently working about 3 days a week in the office. Work life balance was superior to most companies until the recent change in administration. Do not feel as valued, no longer feels like a family. We are only numbers now. We used to be very loyal to the company, to the leadership but it’s a very different environment compared to 2024 and prior.
