      Pros

      Nice bonus, laptop, working with recent AWS tech and allowing for exploration of new tech (with some limitations as you might expect in a big company). Good opportunities to get promoted if you do well. Unlimited holidays, never had requests refused.

      Cons

      Pay (used to be) pretty average.

      office is nice, good benefits

      this company is a sinking ship. its values have changed from a good product and happy employees to we will do anything at all to stay relevant. sports betting is a depleting business. FanDuel let go over 500 people in one day and proceeded to have a massive ad event and paid for peoples subway rides with knicks alum and merch and everything...on the same. exact. day. They do not care about you and they will get rid of anyone. I would not recommend anyone work here unless maybe you just graduated and are looking for experience. We just got rid of our CEO and our CPO is leaving as well as several other high level employees because there is no saving this ship. jump off now is my advice.
