Pros
I've been around start-ups long enough to recognize when something is not going right. Not at FanDuel! This is as focused, passionate, highly inspiring and motivated bunch of people I have ever seen gathered in one place. Moral is as high as you can imagine. Tremendously smart people work here and everyone is focused on one thing, making this company rock! New offices are going to blow anyone away, think Google meets Sports! Also, benefits are amazing!
Cons
None that can think of. I know that's cliche, but when your turn over is in the low, low single digits, and no one is leaving, you're doing something great!
