Great company, but now publicly traded - Senior Manager FanDuel Employee Review

People who have been here the before 2025 are all awesome and embody a culture of Assuming Positive Intent

People who joined after 2025 especially the senior management folks who joined after 2025 are a bad fit for the FanDuel culture and are connected to any of the company's efforts and end up with irrelevant work.

office is nice, good benefits

this company is a sinking ship. its values have changed from a good product and happy employees to we will do anything at all to stay relevant. sports betting is a depleting business. FanDuel let go over 500 people in one day and proceeded to have a massive ad event and paid for peoples subway rides with knicks alum and merch and everything...on the same. exact. day. They do not care about you and they will get rid of anyone. I would not recommend anyone work here unless maybe you just graduated and are looking for experience. We just got rid of our CEO and our CPO is leaving as well as several other high level employees because there is no saving this ship. jump off now is my advice.
