      Pros

      The food. The place is kept clean. The decor is nice. there really aren't too many nice things about the place. Maybe if I was treated a little bit nicer I'd have alot more things to say.

      Cons

      being judged personally, being harassed by the co-workers and then told you're the one causing problems when you try to stand up for yourself. working hard and doing all the right things and not getting the recognition for it. I didn't miss a day of work, and the manager made up some excuse to get me out of there. I guess flirting would have helped.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, evenings and weekends to work around f/t day job, variety, fairly easy. Earn tips. Not as much as a server, but helpful considering the wage.

      Cons

      One of the managers in particular has a fragile ego/insecurities and tends to go on power trips. He takes out his mood on employees. There are also favorites, and if you are not one of them he does not treat you well. Yelling, condescension, snide comments, etc. Some employees have worked there for MANY years and still make the same wage they did when they were hired. Experience, leadership & training needs to be recognized and rewarded.
