I think that it is an interesting concept and not many companies are doing what they do. All of the employees are really cool, smart, and good coworkers.

The CTO, however, made my job very difficult. He did not encourage or allow for peer communication or brain storming. He did not document his code well and was never willing to motivate his code or explain it when asked.
