Pros
Everyone there from management to staff is just amazing to work with. the majority of employees are nice and respectful and are more than willing to help you in any way they can. Upper management are also very helpful and happy to work with you with to solve any problem or difficulties you may be facing. They offer free courses you can take strengthen your skills and provide better care and also very cheap paramedic classes if you wish to continue your education. Despite what employees might say dispatchers are very nice and thoughtful and will try their best to accommodate you while on the road, yes sometimes you might get an attitude, but its a very frustrating job and they are usually under a lot of pressure especially when their is a high call volume and not enough staff on the road. All in all a great company to work with and you will definitely enjoy your time working there.
Cons
Management is a little unorganized and you can find yourself sitting at base with nothing to do for hours which gets pretty frustrating. Some of the ambulances are pretty old and not in the best condition and could use an update, but i have seen a number of new trucks in the past couple of months. Over the past year i witnessed a tremendous effort by management to work with staff and solve any issues the company might be facing.
