For example, both ultimate frisbee and cycling (mtn & road). -Before the chapter 11 announcement, it was clear that HR and the social planning committee put a lot of time into planning special at-work events or holiday celebrations.
Cons
- The company is in Chapter 11 due to repeated poor business strategy and mismanagement of cash. - Exorbitant C-suite compensation system guaranteed money without performance accountability. - Several managers within the organization need training on how to lead & empower and not micromanage and marginalize. *Education required - In general, there are too many managers and not enough individual contributors.
