      Pros

      Being at Fall Damage in the early days was a fun and incredibly rewarding experience. I learned a lot and I felt that I grew both as a developer and as a person during my time there. The founders are some of the greatest people alive, I will always wish them the best of things. Overall they have really talented people that you can learn a lot from and you'll most likely be heard if you speak up about something.

      Cons

      Very little diversity (might have changed over the year though) Banter and "locker room-talk" could be taken too far

      Pros

      Hybrid where office and work from home works well. Even working from home had work out so you dont feel like you missing out! Great founders that you get a sense that they care. A place i can see myself staying for a long time. Project that the people care about but still keeping the fun of development.

      Cons

      More get togethers would be nice, they happend once a year but would be nice seeing everyone 2-3 times a year.
