My name is Manickavel. I have worked in FalconBrick for almost 4 years and 9 months as Customer Success Manager. Before Joining FalconBrick, I have previously worked with many Big Companies like Amazon and many more, but nothing can beat FalconBrick's Work Culture, Job Satisfaction, Pay, the experience i got in FalconBrick and Many more. Three Founders Gautam, Sashi and Aditya. They are very friendly and approachable at any time. In my entire tenure, i have worked closely with one of the founders Gautam, he has helped me in every situation i have asked (both Personal and professional). If you are having any problem in handling any tough customer or if you are facing any problem with your work, then Gautam will solve all your problems at ease. Gautam helps everybody in the company and he is super hyperactive (Except after 9PM). Best experience you would get working with FalconBrick and Gautam. I miss my entire CS team and all my customers Sashi and Aditya always have helped and guided me in all situations. You can be Developer, QA, BA or Customer Success or any role, if you are hardworking and very passionate about your work, then you can blindly join FalconBrick and FalconBrick will support you in all possible ways.
