      Decent benefits. Decent co-workers. Fun job most days.

      Cons

      Employees are a dime a dozen and treated that way and for some reason they stay anyway. Keep in mind the company is not interested in your opinion or ideas on how to do things better (or at all) and you’ll be fine. 90% use this job to get to something better that pays more.

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
