Pros
Overall this is a great company to work for. They understand that this is a stepping stone and not a career job. Most of the people here are easy to work with and get along with. There are a few burnouts and negative minded people, but that's with every company. They are up to date with technology (EPCR takes a little getting use to). Lots of newer rigs, but occasionally you'll be stuck in the older ones (Private Side). Many opportunities to work private side, fire, CCT, and special events that include, Hockey (Duck Games), motocross, H.S. Games, marathons, etc.
Cons
Scheduling can sometimes be difficult, especially when its comes to asking time off for Fire/PD test, since everyone else is trying to get it off to test or around the holidays unless you can swap shifts with someone who's willing to pick it up and use your PTO. Pay could always be a little better especially with the continuous growth of the company. Most of Operation Managers are very laid back, but a few have power trip issues, if you do what your suppose to do and fly under the radar you won't ever have to worry about it.
