Pros
FTI is so far ahead in the data center market that competitors are unlikely to catch up. Plenty of work for those willing to travel. Company is working on entering new businesses to reduce risk in a recession. Many good people in the field.
Cons
Rampant disrespect and bullying in the office. Executive team and VPs treat those below them as if they are stupid. They are usually not on the same page. Multiple new executives with no construction or electrical experience hiring and overpaying friends from vehicle manufacturing and lying about it to appear unbiased. If your last name is not Jansen, there is a ceiling on your career in both field and office roles.
