      Very little nursing skills but lots of practice with IMs Meaningful patient interactions Teamwork

      Cons

      Some of the Behavioral Technicians are unsafe and unprofessional but don’t get fired. Meanwhile they’ll fire good staff for stupid reasons. VERY high turnover in all departments
