Great interview process - Product Manager Faire Employee Review

I had a really positive interview process at Faire. It was a long process - but one that I really appreciated. - The recruiting team was extremely helpful and on top of their game. They also provided a lot of helpful material to prep for the interviews - The interview process is quite long and comprehensive, but it was structured in a way that made sense - There was a good mix of behaviorals and case type questions to truly assess candidate competency - The entire panel that I interacted with were thoughtful and clearly very intelligent
