At Faircape Group, we are committed to creating an environment where ideas are welcomed, people are treated with respect, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully. It’s disappointing to hear that this was not your experience, as it differs from the feedback we receive from many of our current employees.
We regularly engage with our teams to better understand their needs, and our most recent staff satisfaction results indicate positive momentum in the areas of culture, communication, and mutual respect. This is something we’re proud of and continue to build on.
We recognise that workplace dynamics can feel different depending on personal expectations and communication styles. As always, we remain open to learning and evolving.
The term “micromanagement” can mean very different things to different people. At Faircape, we do expect our leaders to be hands-on, involved, and accessible, ensuring that colleagues feel supported and guided when needed. That sense of support and presence is a key part of how we lead, and we believe it contributes meaningfully to both accountability and team success.
