Pros

The compensation package is very competitive

Cons

The work environment has been very challenging, with limited training and support. The workload is extremely high, with unrealistic expectations and a high staff turnaround, which makes it difficult for employees to perform effectively over the long term. Overall, I don’t see it as a sustainable environment for long-term growth or development.

Pros

I’ve worked in quite a few organisations over the years, and I can honestly say Faircape Group feels different in the best way. The people here are amazing - kind, approachable, and genuinely willing to help. No matter how busy things get, there’s always someone ready to lend a hand or offer guidance, and that makes a huge difference day to day. It’s not always easy, like any workplace, there are busy periods, deadlines, and challenges, but the Group Admin Director is always available. Knowing that there’s someone who listens, supports, and helps you navigate tricky situations makes it feel much more manageable. That kind of leadership really sets the tone for the whole organisation. The environment itself is positive and professional. There are opportunities to grow, learn new skills, and take on responsibilities that challenge you in a good way. Overall, it’s a place where colleagues genuinely care about each other and the work they do. You feel part of a team, and that makes coming to work something you look forward to, even on tough days.

Cons

Work can get busy or challenging at times Processes are always evolving, which can require adaptation
