It is a bad place to work

Absolutely nothing! You will be over worked and abused mentally, emotionally, and physically.

No overtime, No benefits, No bonuses! Under ownership and management they create a hostile work environment. Nothing is ever good enough unless you work over 60 hours a week. Very prejudicial against Native Americans.
