I believe there are many pros to working at Factur. A few include: - Flexibility. Having a hybrid schedule is great for work-life balance. 2 days are required in office, and most people come in more than that because they want to be here. - The People. This is a fast paces environment, but my peers, boss, and all of the upper management want you to succeed. They also invest in your personally to make that growth happen. And questions are always encouraged and not frowned upon. - The Work. I genuinely like what I do. But I like that I can actively work to improve the services we offer. I can come up with an idea and implement it and try it out. And whats great is that people have your back and will support you for the good work you do, and they recognize it.

There are fewer cons.. The main one that comes to mind is how quickly things move. Priorities can shift quickly which sometimes causes a little chaos because there are multiple people involved. You just have to adapt easily.
