Pros

Factory is a hub of some of the most creative people in the industry, said no one ever.

Cons

Talk about a sham of a company, I'm surprised this place is still able to keep the lights on. Oh that's right, they barely pay their employees so that's where the money must come from. Over-promising and under-delivering, always trending. All of the good employees jump ship because this place is truly the titanic. If you value yourself and your career you will stay away. They may have a decent client roster for about 20 minutes or so, but I'm honestly not sure who jumps ship faster...clients or employees? Severely understaffed is an understatement, you should probably invest in a sleeping bag because you will never see your home again. Oh and should we discuss all of the unpaid over time and multiple weekends you will be threatened and forced to work? Probably not. Factory doesn't build you up, it breaks you down. Everything you will learn, you will have taught yourself. I'm not sure why they offer the title "manager" because no one knows how to actually manage anything, nevermind their own teams. The management truly enjoys exploiting their employees. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Sweat-shop? No thanks, I'd rather hit the gym.

Pros

Some people were kind. Others were stand-offish..my first day, my team lead didn’t even bother introducing herself and walked right by me multiple times.

Cons

Low pay and almost no PTO. Compared to other agencies I’ve worked at, you will learn nothing here. The longer you stay here, the longer your growth will be stunted. They really, truly think they have good ideas but plans are behind the times and outdated. You’ll be asked to work weekends with no comp days. You won’t feel supported. Higher ups say yes to every client request, even if the team does not have bandwidth.
