Where to begin?? “Leadership” team is erratic, unstable, unpredictable, and has zero boundaries. My phone was constantly ringing outside of working hours, on weekends, while on pto, and I was expected to answer at all times. Communication style is rude, abrasive, condescending, and disrespectful. “Leadership” team expects you to read their mind, gives very little instruction, yet micromanages and is way too involved in every day to day task. This company is full of empty promises. I feel like I was sold a dream job during the interview and offer process and then once I started working there it was horrific. I cried every day and my mental health had never been worse. There is so much turnover at this company because people quickly realize how toxic it is. They make everyone feel trapped and indebted to them by providing a $10k sign on bonus that you have to pay back if you leave before you reach 3 years with the company. Please please please steer clear of this company if you value your happiness at all.
