      no pros. Salary was ok.

      Cons

      Brand managers are bullies. They don't want assistant managers to stick around so they bully you and make you leave the company. May be they fear competition from them. It is a big mess. MD does not bother.

      Working in controlled climate Easy work,only running 1 machine at a time Plenty of room to move up or to different positions

      Cons

      Pto takes a long time to build up, there is no sick or vacation time just pto. Benefits are bone dry, could use better Insurance and benefits
