How to begin... I guess with the fundamentals: - They don't pay you on time; - They treat people very badly, with no respect; - They don't hear, just demand; - Upper management does not have a clue about ANYTHING related to technology, product development, agile, software development, and the most despicable of all, zero understanding of how to do their own work. This is the state of things created by the recently joined management upon Biometrid's acquisition of FYI (another software company). More reasons to NOT join FYI or Biometrid : - Zero opportunities to work on projects that would give you a good experience and help you build a successful career, most of the projects are related to Government websites and apps and it dies there; - Bad salary overall, they will keep an employee in the minimum wage if possible; - No other compensations; - They don't offer the right equipment to work.
