- allow for career progression - boss willing to spend capital to invest in team / new tool - an occasional trip to Singapore to learn or demonstrate product

- lacklustre benefits for most of the time - a bit of problem regarding their internet infrastructure - project rely on pitching, and with so many of them, sometimes lack of coordination
