      Paid holidays and plenty of hrs

      Horrible communication..Mismanaged...Managers have no people skills...Numerous safety issues...Horribly old and damaged equipment...Especially the crane ...Incompetent HR took forever to get hired on and couldn't ever get benefits always some excuse about he will get it fixed but nothing was ever done..

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
