      Get to learn a lot about the Forex Market Opportunity to learn about different departments and gain new skills

      Cons

      Company no longer cares about their employees Promotions/Bonus structure is highly biased and subjective Management hasn't learned to "manage" and don't take responsibility for their short-comings
