Unfortunately, the company culture is toxic due to a particular individual that is a bully. This person's behavior creates an unwelcoming and difficult environment. The company has experienced a lot of turnover (people quitting) in the last few years primarily due to this individual. Unfortunately, company leadership has allowed this person to run rampant. The lack of clear direction from leadership has led the company’s technology to fall behind in a market they pioneered and created.
