can make a lot of money if you are willing to spend every part of your day devoted to the company

-make lots of money for the executives and the company, but not yourself in the long run for how much work you put in -unresonable expectations for the team and their work flow -huge expectations for wasting time and not actually closing deals -unreasonable expectations for working with very limited information on jobs, executive team wants you to work off of little knowledge on the job, in order to "be first to the punch" which creates a ridiculous relationship expectation with candidates, but of course this is at the expense of the recruiter not the company. -long story short, be prepared to sell your soul to a team that cares very little for you and expects to make a ton of money from you. fake environment, fake managers, fake ceo, all wealthy people who buy into the fake corporate america stigma, and that is how it feels to work there every day. -all white environment, very little diversity
