The company has a lot of very smart and capable people working for it. The leaders of the various service areas are leading the industry. They don't get caught up in the industry standard way of doing business. They truly innovate.
Cons
There is not a great sense of loyalty to the company. Company lacks strategic vision from top level management. Top leadership is oblivious to their lack of vision. Most employees are working for pay check.
