Pros
You can't find a more well-regarded company that backs-up the company mission, vision and 4C. You'll work on cutting edge projects / solve important issues that impact our DoD customer. We are making a difference! You'll meet interesting people who are your colleagues, managers, and senior management. FTI is extremely involved in the community and puts it profits back into the community to make a difference, which is a cool thing .You'll see our CEO out in front (not hiding in an office) and you'll admire how he leads the company. Your pay will be competitive with industry. FTI cares about how it treats its employees. The offices are extremely professional and there are tons of activities to get involved with, with your peers. Examples include kickball/softball leagues and volunteering activities w/ family. The company is flexible - if you're lucky, you won't have a micromanager boss and you can be somewhat flexible in how you work - but don't get me wrong - you'll work but the work is rewarding and gratifying.
Cons
FTI is growing and some of the internal systems are lagging behind or bugs are being fixed.
