Pros
There are some amazing supervisors at this facility but unfortunately they do not outweigh the rest of the toxic staff
Cons
The work environment and the employees/management that work there are only welcoming to you if you fit inside of their box. If you don’t fit the way they want you to, you are an outcast and you will have no support from management. They have little direction in how to handle bringing in diverse people into the work place and it is not an inclusive environment. The boss uses meditations and self help workshops as a form of manipulation against their employees- it was sad to see the way that it was purposefully targeting people in their vulnerable states to achieve the outcome they wanted or avoid dealing with very obvious problems in the workplace — employees broken down. The work culture was devoid of any inclusivity and if you didn’t fit into their box and do things they way they wanted, you were made to feel less than. When I tried to advocate for change it was met with severe retaliation. This place taught me that no matter how shiny and nice things look on the outside don’t ever ignore red flags because you want to make a little more money. This was the only place I ever worked where I was gaslit into believing my work and who I am wasn’t sufficient enough, or the suffering I’ve been through in my life could be used against me. I am thankful I don’t work in a place where I was forced to question my worth. I gained so much peace by getting out.
