Everyone is focused on doing what’s best for the kids and families, and you can feel the positive impact every day. There’s a ton of clinical knowledge floating around and plenty of opportunities to learn from colleagues.

The pace is intense and the expectations are high from leadership and the owner in particular. The company is growing quickly, so changes in scheduling, documentation, systems, and processes happen frequently and often with short notice. Communication is constant (group texts, emails, meetings) which can feel like over-communication and can be overwhelming at times. You have to be extremely flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing at a high level even when things are shifting fast.
