Small company competing in the high tech semiconductor industry! Most of the technicians are great people to work with but are lacking in the education for the industry. I said most not all.

Majority of production staff are easy to get along with and will help out as needed. Decent schedule. Great 2nd shift production manager

The most important thing for this company is the almighty dollar. Upper management is more interested in profits than of spending the appropriate amount of money to develop excellent tools. They want you to volunteer to help with field work, but you have to pay for all travel expenses and then submit a bill for reimbursement. Who's got that kind of credit line sitting around when you are working and having to pay bills for a family. No thanks!
