9yWe are sorry to learn that you did not have enough contact with your management to suit your needs. We are unable to tell from your response where you were located. With a population that is as widely dispersed as ours is, we know it is a challenge to communicate daily with all of our employees. However, we do appreciate the feedback, and assure you that we take it very seriously. FSA is actively increasing the flow of communication between our employees, our managers, and the headquarters office. We have several examples to share, which include site visits, the employee newsletter, all hands meetings, and regularly scheduled calls between employees and their supervisors, to name a few. Since its inception, FSA has had an open door policy, and we encourage our employees to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns that they may have. Our employees are our greatest resource, and we do not take that for granted.
