New owners are great! They are working on changing things so our operation runs better. They are very technology forward, meaning they are implementing new systems to make the company better.

Can't think of a con.

with the new owners not sure I could ethically say something positive about them

late payroll, lies to employees, asks employees to break OSHA rules, no shows meetings, takes meetings while lying in bed or in pajamas, owners show up to work unkept and in sweatpants, zero transparency or communication.
