- Management leave you to get on with it - not much micromanagement (which is big issue in recruitment) - Full remote working - no need to visit office - Flexi Time
Cons
- Lack of support from management at times - Don't listen to staff suggestions ever - Afraid to spend money on projects and advertising suggested by staff on the front line - Often have to beg for pay rise - no real salary brackets - Commission structure is low compared to other companies in industry - Very bad inter departmental communication
