Pros

The firm cares about it's employees and clients, and that shows in the talent they've attracted and retained over the last few years. The firm seeks input from many stakeholders and seeks ways to engage all levels of employees in the business mission. Employees are empowered to lead and support many strategic and tactical projects. Employees are trusted to show up and perform, and generally do amazing work because of this. Partners and SMEs are widely supported and strengthened by the collective minds. The firm is on a clear mission and doing well financially and culturally.

Cons

None that play into any kind of stress or frustration. We are growing from small to mid-size now and that could create some unique challenges though because growth is our expertise with our clients...we've been well prepared.

Pros

Everyone there is super friendly. Everyone has done a significant part in making it a welcoming environment and a place to truly learn the business model and how to serve clients.

Cons

Q4 can get a little crazy

Pros

Most of the people are nice and do their jobs competently.

Cons

They're trying to be a serious company but fall short in many ways. They implemented a joke of a bonus system, then increased the goal so no one could get a bonus. They're obsessed with integrating AI but they don't really know why or what they'll use it for. A lot of seat fillers who push papers and send emails to each other and are called "program leads" or some other nonsense. Lots of siblings, children of higher-ups working there. The CEO's child works there as does the CFO's wife.
