The firm seeks input from many stakeholders and seeks ways to engage all levels of employees in the business mission. Employees are empowered to lead and support many strategic and tactical projects. Employees are trusted to show up and perform, and generally do amazing work because of this. Partners and SMEs are widely supported and strengthened by the collective minds. The firm is on a clear mission and doing well financially and culturally.
Cons
None that play into any kind of stress or frustration. We are growing from small to mid-size now and that could create some unique challenges though because growth is our expertise with our clients...we've been well prepared.
