Pros
Complete autonomy on IT project rollouts. Money was tight, but that kind forces you to be creative on how you manage the the project. Lots of great people to work with.
Cons
Not a whole lot of innovation coming from the R&D and engineering. Stagnating product line with fierce competitors was extremely challenging. Business not doing so well.
