      small office, flex time, travel, downtown location

      Cons

      lack of full benefits, ED who sits in his office & doesn't know how to lead & has no managerial skills, home office is in Vienna, Austria which means different rules, the money doesn't go to the animals- it is primarily used for fundraising purposes

      Pros

      FOUR PAWS does incredible animal welfare work around the world. I work with really great people who care about the work and about each other. The time off and work life balance are positives. There is real effort put into internal communications.

      Cons

      It can be a bit bureaucratic as a large international organization.
