      Pros

      none. i don't know why i'm even still here. this is worse than jail. the owner is a conniving, controlling self absorbed paranoid sad man.

      Cons

      where can i start. terrible pay, terrible culture, terrible boss, scared colleagues, fear based culture, no coaching, last minute goal changes, forced to work weekends but the ceo tony isn't a morning person so he rocks up late and makes us work the full saturday where it could have been done in less time. he's cheap and says things that are racist and sexist, which is why we don't have an hr. he texts his employees and is completely weird and unprofessional.

      I'm sorry that you feel this way. I'm thoroughly confused why someone would still opt to work for a company with the amount of personal grievances stated. I do take offense to the sexist and racist comments. Fotronic has one of the most diversified employee mix of any company I have seen. There are over 12 different languages natively spoken by employees and almost an equal ratio to men/woman. There are woman in management positions. There is no pay inequality whatsoever.

      -Opportunities for advancement (started as an assistant and grew into managing Digital Ads) -Active and approachable owner -Comfortable dress code -Stable workplace (many colleagues have been here 10+ years)

      Cons

      -Limited variety in daily tasks (mostly focused on analyzing GA4 and Google Ads) -Difficult to implement big changes or innovations because the company has been stable for so long

      Pros

      It is typically very busy with plenty of work to go around since they like to keep the payroll to a minimum.

      Cons

      if you are not a veteran I would not recommend working any warehouse positions here unless you want to observe what true insanity looks like. The warehouse supervisor is a narcissistic mad man.
