      Collaborative environement but also able to run independently with your ideas. Great team and amazing people to work with. Learning Budget / able to grow personally

      no sense of urgency to deliver things management has no idea of how to run a profitable business false sense of flexible work environment - you're not really allowed to WFH like they sell it to candidates
