Effectiveness and progress meeting the mission should guide all planning and decisions. Employees who refuse to or don't know how to do their jobs and who ignore corrections cause confusion and resentment. Projects need one assigned leader responsible for finishing all tasks. Personal politics or overdramatizations that disrupt normal productivity should immediately be squelched.
