the company is family owned and operated. You don't feel like a number like some of the competitors I have worked for. They have excellent brands with CAT, Mitsubishi, Doosan, Clark, Kalmar, Big Joe so the training you receive from those manufacturers is a benefit for sure. Overall good management and they make you feel welcome.

Like everyone in Colorado they are running lean on staff, so most people are very busy. I know they have ad's running and are trying hire some people so hopefully that works its way out soon.

Overtime is frequent, support from Senior technician is great.

Pay is not that great, insurance is expensive and Senior staff is looking towards the company's bottom line not to support employees that bring them their bottom line.
